Downstream 2 is part of a collection of photos taken during Brian William Kirchner's time spent at Atlanta Water Gardens. The collection consists of photos taken at the gardens, as another form of meditation, documenting the serene moments Brian spent at AWG. The photos collection spans one year 2009-2010.

He would gaze at the lush canopy above him and absorb: the scent of the pine, the texture of the trees, the feeling of spiritual oneness with the physical creation surrounding him.
